Professional Story:

With almost two decades of experience in the banking and mortgage industry, I have been at the forefront of building high-performing teams and driving growth. As a department head for a Fortune 500 company, I successfully built a department from scratch and co-led a multi-department mentorship program, resulting in a significant increase in employee satisfaction and performance.

Driven by a compassionate leadership style, I prioritize building high-performing teams, cultivating strong cultures, and nurturing emerging leaders. With a strategic mindset, I navigate complex challenges and implement crucial improvements that mitigate risks and drive exponential growth.

Before venturing into the realms of banking and mortgage, I acquired invaluable experience through teaching and owning a small business.

Personal Story:

Though my academic background lies in Elementary Education, my decision to focus on raising a family allowed me to hone my organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. These invaluable experiences have seamlessly integrated into my professional life, enabling me to excel in delivering transformative solutions to my clients.

I live in Southern Florida with my husband Scott, my college best friend and a dedicated high school principal. We are empty nesters, blessed to have three adult children together. Originally from Minnesota, I grew up in a large family of eleven. As the fifth of nine children, (I am an adoptee, along with six of my other siblings), I have many stories I could share. I always enjoy the opportunity to visit my home state and catch up with friends and family. One of my favorite destinations in Minnesota is the North Shores of Lake Superior. The stunning natural beauty of this area never fails to take my breath away, and I always feel reinvigorated after spending time there.
